SHIPPING METHODS

 

WITHIN GREECE
Shipments within Attica are made with delivery time within  1-2 working days, while for the rest of the network in Greece (land or island destinations) the delivery time varies in 1-3 working days. All domestic shipments are made in collaboration with Elta Courier.

 

Its cost single shipping is 4 €  and its service cash on delivery is FREE. In orders over € 70 the shipping charge is FREE. You can also pick up your order from our store, 22 EVANGELISTRIAS, Athens, free of charge. 

 

Collection from our place

Puntosjewellery.gr provides you with the opportunity to pick up the product you have purchased from our studio at 22 Evangelistrias Street, 10560 Athens,  with proof of your online payment.

OUTSIDE GREECE
Shipments to foreign countries are made with TNT-FEDEX  or with the Hellenic Post. 

 

Within the EU delivery time is 1-4 working days and shipping cost is 15 €. 

 

Outside the EU and for the rest of the world shipping cost is 15 € and delivery time  varies from 3-7 working days depending on the destination. 

 

Cash on delivery service is not valid in foreign countries. 

 

* All shipments destined for countries inside or outside the European Union, accompanied by a receipt or invoice stating the value of the goods

* Customers outside the European Union are subject to any delays that may result from customs clearance, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.

* In case of force majeure, the company does not take responsibility for non-delivery of the product.

 

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 working days from the receipt of the order. The processing of the order starts the moment you receive the confirmation email of your order. 

When your order is shipped, you will receive a relevant email notification from us, containing your order number and tracking number of your shipment. With this number, you can access the tracking website of the partner shipping company to track the progress of your package.

 

When an order is shipped, must to be accepted upon delivery. All charges arising from any order rejected on delivery will be borne by the customer - including, for example, re-entry costs, or any customs duties and charges (for non-EU shipments). These fees will be deducted from any refund or credit made at the customer's responsibility.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY ISSUES

Some items require more shipping time than described above due to construction features. In any case, you will be informed about the estimated shipping time.
